The role
This role owns the ground system behind Qualified Products: warehouse-backed quality control, stock availability, packing, dispatch, complaint handling, and repeat buyer reliability.
What you will own
Create repeatable workflows for stock intake, quality checks, custom quantity packing, dispatch, and issue resolution.
Work with purchase partners, sales partners, manufacturers, and buyers so product-side truth stays clear.
Translate operational bottlenecks into software requirements and simple public explanations.
What we are looking for
Experience in warehouse, logistics, wholesale, supply, or marketplace operations.
Strong written communication and practical operating judgment.
A bias toward simple checklists, visible quality standards, and measurable loops.
